Yep. AI.

In marketing, AI helps businesses understand customer behaviour, identify trends, personalize content, and make smarter decisions instead of just guessing and hoping for the best.

Traditional content marketing used to be a lot more broad. Brands would create content and basically hope it resonated with people.

Now? Consumers expect personalization. They want content that actually feels relevant to them, not generic copy-paste messaging that sounds like it came straight from a corporate boardroom.
