Mason’s Guest Blog: What I Thought About Working With Signal & Strategies

When I first heard that Signal & Strategies wanted to work with me on a marketing campaign, I was interested, but I also had questions.

I wanted to know how it worked.

What was the strategy? Why were certain decisions being made? How would the campaign actually reach the right audience? And, most importantly, was there more to it than simply creating something that looked good?

The answer was yes.

What stood out to me most was the thought behind the campaign. I was not just given a finished idea and expected to accept it. I was able to understand the reasoning behind the strategy, the audience we were trying to reach, and how each part of the campaign connected to the bigger picture.

That was probably my favourite part of the experience.

Marketing can sometimes feel confusing from the outside. There are so many platforms, strategies, trends, algorithms, and different opinions about what works. But working with Signal & Strategies made the process feel much more understandable.

The campaign was creative, but it was also strategic.

There was a reason behind the content. A reason behind the messaging. A reason behind the way the campaign was structured. It did not feel like we were simply creating content and hoping people would notice it.

We were creating something with a purpose.

I also appreciated that the process felt collaborative. My opinions and ideas were not ignored, and I was able to be part of the process rather than simply receiving the final result.

Would I work with Signal & Strategies again?

Absolutely.

The campaign gave me a better understanding of how much thought goes into effective marketing, and I genuinely enjoyed being part of the process. I would happily work with them again in the future.

If you are looking for someone who can combine creativity with actual strategy, understand your audience, and explain the reasoning behind the decisions being made, I would definitely recommend working with Signal & Strategies.
