AI & Marketing, Content & Storytelling

AI can write a headline, suggest an introduction, or turn a rough idea into a polished paragraph within seconds.

But does that make it a copywriter?

AI can generate words , but effective copywriting requires more than putting words together. It requires understanding an audience, recognising emotion, choosing the right angle, and knowing what a message is trying to achieve.

AI Is The Tool, Not the Voice.

There is nothing wrong with using AI to support your writing.

It can help with brainstorming, outlining, editing, or finding different ways to communicate an idea. The problem begins when the writer stops thinking and simply accepts whatever AI produces.

That is when copy sounds generic.

The Human Still Matters.

Your experience, opinions, brand voice, and understanding of your audience are what gives copy its identity.

AI can suggest the words.

I decide whether those words actually sound like me.

The strongest approach isn’t avoiding AI completely. It is learning how to use it without handing over the thinking behind our content.

AI can help me write the copy.

But my human input is what makes it mine
